A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience for your mind, body and soul.
These sessions are for parents to allow their children to experience the benefits of a sound bath. There are no age restrictions, however, children should be able to lie down calmly for at least 20 minutes. The session is broken into two halves, it is your choice if you attend for just the first 30 minutes (maybe most suitable for younger children) or stay for the second half, following a short break.
Please dress in comfortable warm clothing and bring with you any pillows, mats and blankets to make yourself comfortable as you lay back and immerse yourself in the sound. You can either lay on your back (with yoga mat/blanket for support) or sit if laying on your back is not possible.
