How to book

Below you can book the Green Room online. (Note: If this service works well, we will explore a future expansion for the Village Hall - and perhaps other facilities and/or services - too.)

Choose the duration you need the Green Room for including time needed for setting up and clearing away. Then in the booking calendar, choose your date and start time. If your preferred date/time is not available, get in touch with us to discuss options.

Select if you want to pay in full online or in person. You can pay in person when picking up the key. Community groups running free events can use the facility for free. If you run such a community event you can still book online, simply select 'payment in person', and check the box in the booking form.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email that contains information about picking up the key, how to use the facility, house rules, and more.

You can cancel or reschedule your booking online free of charge until 21 days before your booking date: in the confirmation email click 'Manage booking' or log into your account and go to 'My Bookings'. Full terms and conditions here.
